Product Lines

Six product families, one supplier. Every category page below maps 1:1 to a researched keyword.

WDOTMARK (Guangzhou, China) supplies industrial marking and coding equipment to manufacturers, integrators and distributors worldwide. Our core product is the fiber laser marking machine, supported by CO2 and UV laser systems, continuous inkjet printers, thermal inkjet printers, handheld coders and compatible consumables. If you need permanent marking on metal parts, high-speed coding on packaging lines, or a portable solution for field service work, this page gives you a single starting point for the whole range.

Buyers usually arrive with one of three questions: which technology suits my material, what integration effort is required on my line, and how fast can a sample be verified. We answer all three with a documented specification sheet and a physical marking test on your own parts.

Why Choose WDOTMARK Laser Marking Machines

WDOTMARK is positioned as a sourcing partner rather than a catalogue seller, and the business credentials are open for review on request.

  • SGS-audited: our operations have been audited by SGS, and the audit report can be shared during evaluation.
  • MIC Diamond Member: a verified supplier status that overseas buyers can check independently.
  • Lead time up to 15 days: standard configurations are typically prepared within this window after order confirmation.
  • MOQ from 1 unit, confirmed on inquiry: single-unit orders are accepted, which suits pilot projects and distributor sample stock.
  • Export record: equipment has been shipped to the Middle East.
  • Certificates available upon request: compliance documentation is provided for your internal approval process.

For procurement teams comparing a fiber laser marking machine against ink-based alternatives, the practical difference is cost per mark. A laser system uses no ink, no solvent and no ribbon, so running cost after installation is largely electricity and occasional lens cleaning. Inkjet systems remain the better answer for porous surfaces and high-speed packaging, which is why WDOTMARK carries both rather than pushing a single technology.

Our Product Range

The range covers laser, inkjet and thermal technologies, plus the mechanical integration needed to put them on a production line.

Laser systems

  • Fiber laser: desktop and portable T-F20–100 (20W–100W), portable T-F20, CCD vision positioning T-F50, handheld 20W (30W and 50W options), online flying YT-F30, and MIC 30W/50W/100W flying fiber units. Suitable for metals such as stainless steel, aluminium and copper, some plastics, plus marking, engraving and thin-material cutting. The handheld 20W runs at 1064nm, marking speed up to 7000mm/s, 100×100mm marking area, air cooling, marking depth up to 2mm, 500W power consumption, on 220V-50Hz or 110V-60Hz single phase. See /fiber-laser-marking-machine/ for the full fiber range and /handheld-laser-marking-machine/ for portable options.
  • CO2 laser: flying CO2 YT-C30 (30/40/60W), speed up to 12000mm/s, 110×110mm area, minimum line width 0.012mm, repeat accuracy 0.003mm, line speed 0–130m/min, 10.6μm wavelength, air cooled, 10.2-inch touchscreen, dual red-light focusing. Built for non-metallic high-speed lines such as cardboard, film, plastic and packaging.
  • UV laser: flying UV YT-U5, portable U10 and CCD UV T-U5, all at 355nm. Suited to plastics, glass and bottles where heat input must stay low.

Inkjet and thermal systems

  • CIJ: WDOTMARK's own F640 / F650 / F660 / F680 small-character continuous inkjet printers (10-inch colour screen, 60/70μm nozzle) and the ECJET1100. The F640 uses dye ink, prints 1–3 lines, print distance 5–40mm, 2700mm conduit, and fits food, beverage, daily chemical and general packaging such as cartons, bottles and bags.
  • TIJ: T6 / T9 / TW / TW-S and T9 online models at 12.7mm and 25.4mm, plus the A series handheld range (A50, A1000, CD12, CD25, D12, mini). Explore /handheld-inkjet-printer/.
  • DOD large character: handheld large-character coders for cartons, woven bags and pipe.
  • TTO: compatible TTO systems we supply, covering Videojet Dataflex 6330/6530/6230 and Linx TT500/TT750/TT1000 with 32mm and 53mm print heads.
  • Consumables: W308 and W2588 fast-dry cartridges (black, yellow, white), 2590ink TIJ cartridges, and compatible consumables including chips and solvents with RFID for Domino, Videojet, Markem-Imaje, Linx, Willett and KGK systems. All third-party references are compatible consumables, not original manufacturer products.
  • Customised integration: conveyors, paging machines, feeding lines and vision inspection and rejection systems, engineered per project.

For buyers running cartons, bottles or flexible film at speed, the /industrial-inkjet-printer/ range is usually the entry point, with CIJ and TIJ models covering different duty cycles and print heights.

Applications

Marking requirements vary more by substrate and line speed than by industry, but these are the sectors where our systems are most often specified.

  • Automotive parts: permanent, wear-resistant marks on stainless steel, aluminium and copper components. Fiber laser is the standard choice for traceability codes, logos and batch data that must survive handling and cleaning.
  • Food and beverage: date codes, batch numbers and QR codes on bottles, caps, bags and cartons. CIJ models with dye ink and 5–40mm print distance handle curved and uneven surfaces; UV laser is used on bottle bodies where ink is not acceptable.
  • Pharmaceutical and personal care: small-character coding on cartons, labels and containers, where legibility and consistency across long runs matter more than raw speed.
  • Electronics: fine marking on plastic housings, connectors and small metal parts. CCD vision positioning models help when the mark position must be repeatable on parts that are not perfectly located.
  • Packaging and logistics: large-character coding on cartons, woven bags and pipe using DOD handheld units, plus high-speed CO2 coding on cardboard and film at line speeds up to 130m/min.

If your material is unusual or coated, send a sample. A short test is the fastest way to confirm contrast, depth and cycle time before committing to a purchase order.

Get a Free Marking Test

Send us your part or sample material and tell us the required mark content, cycle time and line conditions. We will return a marking result with recommended model, parameters and a quotation. Request a Free Marking Test or Talk to an Engineer — the same team handles both technical questions and pricing.

Distributors and integrators are welcome to ask about volume terms, spare parts kits and consumable supply planning for the compatible TTO and inkjet consumable lines.
